We process orders as quickly as possible, generally within 3 to 7 business days for mainland France following the receipt of the order. For express deliveries, the processing time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost, or by a courier (delivery available only in the Île-de-France region), with tracking options available so you can track your package in real time.

For international deliveries, shipping times may vary depending on your country, but in general, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 days. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as a tracking number is assigned to your package, you will be provided with the tracking number to track your package.
