We process orders as quickly as possible, generally within 3 to 7 working days for mainland France following receipt of the order. For express deliveries 2 to 3 working or business days. Orders are shipped via colissimo, Chronopost or by courier (delivery only in the Paris region), with tracking options available so you can track your package in real time.

For international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on your country but generally you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Once your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as a tracking number is assigned to your package, this given tracking number will be used to track your package.
