The buyer has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day of actual receipt of the order, to return the product(s) ordered, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
The buyer then has a period of fourteen (14) days to return the complete, unused product(s), in its (their) original packaging intact and, if possible, accompanied by its (their) original packaging as well as the return slip, and a copy of the invoice. If the products are not returned within the period of fourteen (14) days, from the day of actual receipt of the order, the order is deemed final and no refund will be made.
Upon receipt, we will acknowledge receipt of this request by sending an email or letter.
We undertake to reimburse the buyer for the full amount paid. The reimbursement is made according to the payment method used by the buyer, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days after the latter exercises the right of withdrawal.
Reimbursement of this amount may however be deferred until recovery of the returned goods.
Returns are the buyer's responsibility.
